Pala Mesa Pizza has such great consistency that I don't know whether to eat my food or frame it! Every item on their menu tastes amazing EVERY TIME. We honestly don't bother with any other pizza anymore.

Their pizza- it's just great!!! Best place near or around Fallbrook! They do not deliver but just call ahead and place an order. Usually wait time is 25-30 min Restaurant is not meant to stay really.... It's more just like a takeout place Their employees are nice, quick and efficient!
Best pizza ever. If I don't get it weekly then it's at least twice a month, and I always try to remember how busy they are on Fridays and Saturdays. Picture worthy cheese pull by far

We had just spent all day Saturday being ground into dust at a car dealership in Temecula on buying a car for my wife. Too tired to fight Saturday night restaurant crowds, we decided to stop off here. We ordered a cheese pie and a meatball red onion and garlic pie and some buffalo wings. I had minimal expectations, really. Just hungry. They were also busy and we had to wait, our bad for not calling. The pies were. so. freaking. excellent. Really surprising. Beautiful crust, good cheese and sauce. Even the wings were right. The meatball pie was a little stinky with the onions and garlic but still very excellent, it's what I like. The place was clean, and the girl at the counter was very nice despite the evening rush being what I would describe as slightly chaotic. I can't wait to get another pie here!
Amazing pizza and ranch. Had to get the meatball tonight super underrated if you haven't tried it. Called in got my sandwiches within 5 minutes.
Where do I start ! this place is absolutely amazing the menu is staggered with some great options and the pizza is to die for ! They sell by the slice and by the whole and I promise you will not be disappointed ! We got the bbq chicken pizza today and they recommended trying some of the house made ranch dips they make normal ranch chipotle ranch and pesto ranch they were so insanely good ! the staff was so friendly and inviting I highly highly recommend anyone who loves good pizza this is a MUST HAVE !
Great little pizza joint in Fallbrook tucked away in a small plaza. Very close to the new construction neighborhoods off the 15. I placed a phone order for a Meat Combo pizza, Chicken Alfredo pizza, mozzarella sticks, and garlic parmesan sticks. As recommended in the reviews and knowing they were probably backed up, I gave them an additional 20 minutes before picking up and they were still wrapping up my order when I arrived. They forgot the mozzarella sticks but a nice worker ran out to let me know before I left. The specialty pizzas are loaded, especially the meat combo one. We ordered the 16" for both pizzas and the two pizzas could have easily fed 6-8 people. Mozzarella sticks and garlic parmesan sticks were okay. The garlic parmesan sticks (you can order a half order or full order - we ordered full) was cooked like a pizza crust so it kind of felt like pizza overload. Will definitely be back and very happy we have them as our local Fallbrook pizza joint.
